BWB UNIVERSITY (BWBU)

Think of it as “BWB 101,” an entry level crash course with no prerequisites required. Hosted each trimester, BWBU provides new hires with the opportunity to learn from functional leaders about their departments. Expect to hear a brief overview of how each team contributes to the Bank’s growth and keeps us moving forward. In true BWB fashion, you can expect fun networking with your BWB team members to follow.

NEW HIRE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

An important part of our culture is knowing our team beyond email exchanges. That’s why we regularly host internal networking opportunities to get to know each other, including new hire lunches and breakfasts with the Strategic Leadership Team.
