A large portion of our employee base has come to BWB through a referral. High-performing people usually have high-performing networks. If you know of someone that would be awesome for a role at Bridgewater, we’d love to have them in the pipeline. Refer someone who is then hired, and you’ll receive a referral bonus to be paid out at 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months, provided that the employee is still employed and in good standing. Like our other policies and programs, this policy may be changed from time to time depending on existing market conditions. Our job openings are posted on our website.

VOLUNTEER TIME OFF

When we share our banking and finance knowledge with others, everyone wins. Volunteer Time Off is intended to create community engagement opportunities for Bridgewater Bank employees that are meaningful, purposeful and helps those in need. As part of the Volunteer Time Off Policy, all regular full-time employees receive paid time off for up to 16 hours (two days) per calendar year for any volunteer opportunity that falls within the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements.

Even if deposit generation isn’t part of your job description, you can be rewarded for referring clients to the Bank. Know of family or friends that might appreciate BWB’s unconventional banking style? Encouraging them to make the switch is a win-win for everyone.
