WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY In 2021, we implemented our hybrid working model to help meet work/life flexibility needs of our team members. This model is based on maintaining the environment Jerry envisioned – a place where people thrive and grow, responsiveness is key, dedication is obvious, and we are a little more unconventional than most. Each role at BWB has been reviewed thoughtfully based on our objectives of attracting and retaining top talent, fueling our amazing culture and putting our clients first. In light of this, our roles fall into the below buckets. There are some requirements for being in-person while onboarding as a new hire, as well as being in-person for various meetings. JANE COLLIER Technology - Systems

PEOPLE MANAGER/ HYBRID-ELIGIBLE may work remotely 1 out of 5 days per week

FULL-TIME CLIENT-FACING works on-site full-time

HYBRID-ELIGIBLE may work remotely 2 out of 5 days per week

LIMITED FLEXIBILITY may work remotely with manager approval, on occasion as needed
