Our employee assistance program is a work-based intervention program designed to support you with any personal problems – emotional, financial, marital and more. That’s why we pair you with someone to help you get acclimated to your new workplace. Enjoy lunch and good convo with your BWB ambassador. What’s more, they’re available to answer any lingering questions after your first day. Where’s the best place to park? Does the café down the street have good food? Your ambassador is your go-to. B W B U N I V E R S I T Y ( B W B U ) Think of it as “BWB 101,” an entry level crash course with no prerequisites required. Hosted each trimester, BWBU provides new hires with the opportunity to learn from functional leaders about their departments. Expect to hear a brief overview of how each team contributes to the Bank’s growth and keeps us moving forward. In true BWB fashion, you can expect fun networking with your BWB team members to follow.

An important part of our culture is knowing our team beyond email exchanges. That’s why we regularly host internal networking opportunities to get to know each other, including new hire lunches and breakfasts with the Strategic Leadership Team. Keep an eye out for calendar invites from the HR team as opportunities arise.
